This essay is going to critically evaluate the challenges and choices Hr Managers now face in regard to managing recruitment and selection. This essay is asking me to define the challenges that Hr Managers face and the solutions they should implement in order to manage these challenges. Firstly, the essay will define the recruitment and selection process and then it will discuss the challenges for recruitment and selection in relation to managing people with disabilities, internet recruiting, diversity, unskilled workers, and interviews which will be critically examined. Finally, the solutions to these challenges that should be implemented.
