During the process of recruitment and selection, there were many documents used and analysed during this time. The documents used during this process were a job description, a job advert, a person specification, a CV, a covering letter, a short listing form, an interview checklist and interview questions were also used. A job description is an outline of all that is needed for a particular position. It contains the job title, the main purpose of the job and the duties needed for the job.
In recent months, there has been an increase in demand for the specialty part to be produced. This increase in workload has allowed Szewczak’s usual 40-hour workweek to increase, to include overtime. The extra time is needed to finish the amount of lathed parts demanded by the customer orders. This increase in hours per week has made Szewczak become dissatisfied with his position and give cause for the operations manager, Carol Snodgrass, to rethink her production strategies. In the following pages, I will examine the operational processes, the inventory system, the efficiency of the facility and ways it can be realigned.

Every individual will have different skills, knowledge, and competencies, so they would have to be trained in different ways. Organizational assessment is the assessment of the organization. Even with organizations, the assessment would be different for the different types of organizations.

They are the biggest generation in the US history and they are most studied by sociologists. The author claims that the Echo Boomers represent the changes in the society over the years. Although people may criticize this generation for being demanding workers, they fail to recognize the advances made in technology.

The WBS is made up of different components that will make up the outline of the project. The primary tasks will usually appear on the left or on the top depending on the layout chosen and the steps to follow in that level or category will appear indented to the right or directly below the initial task. It will have a cascade type look to it with the main tasks always being to the left with the sub task below it indenting out. Or again depending on the layout it can look like a chart. Sometimes the WBS will even indicate which specific contractors will be called in to perform the given task.
