Once students were identified, a momentary time sampling (MTS) was used to get a baseline of behavior for the students. The MTS lasted 2 weeks, 3 times a week for 30 minutes per child identified. At the beginning of the second nine week cycle, 2 of the classes were given their stability balls to use. Students were taught how to use the stability balls to prevent injury and unsafe behavior but otherwise normal classroom procedures were maintained. After 4 weeks of use, another MTS cycle was begun, this one lasting 4 weeks, 3 times a week for 30 minutes per child identified.
Frank Shorey Shorey1 English Composition 101 ENC-101 March 2012 Creating Fiscal Year 2013 Schedule Creating a class schedule for the next year is a time consuming challenge that requires some research. Learning from my supervisor, I learned that there are some courses that stay constant and happen every week while some courses are only three times a year. Other important parts of the schedule are planning and a thorough review. My goal in this paper is to describe the process of creating our class schedule for the next fiscal year. The first part of the task is to schedule local classes that occur every week in Yokosuka, Japan.
“It was listening to their experiences, and my own frustrations, that led me to consider the topic.” Picoult also incorporates events that have taken place in the past into Nineteen Minutes, including the way the police told the parents of the deceased how their children had died. “My child went first, and didn’t suffer”, but this backfired because families realized that they had all been told the same thing. Furthermore, Picoult features events from the Columbine High School massacre that took place on April 20th, 1999. Two high-school seniors by the names of Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris shot and murdered 12 students and one teacher. Klebold and Harris found it hard to fit into any of the other cliques at school and because of that they were frequently picked on.

They were under the command of General Ratko Mladić and killed around 8,000 Muslims in the summer of 1995. This paper will be focusing on Mladić’s reasoning and role behind this mass murder/ethnic cleansing in Srebrenica, as well as the Dutch and their role played during this genocide. First, it is important to understand the events that led up to the massacre. Beginning in the early 1990s, Serb forces sought to take control of the small town in eastern Bosnia and Herzegovina, Srebrenica. In 1992, Serb military gained control of the town, deporting and killing Bosniak (Bosnian Muslims) men in the area.
This observation took place at the beginning of the day. This 3rd grade class appeared to abide by its daily norms/routines. A student volunteer collects lunch information from their classmates, and everybody else knows that once their belongings are hung up and put away that they are to find their assigned seats, get out yesterday’s homework and begin the “bell ringer” activity. Classroom rules are clearly posted on the walls within the classroom. During this observation period, this writer observed the beginning classroom routine as well as the bell ringer activity.
