To be a successful a coach requires knowledge and understanding of process as well as the variety of styles, skills and techniques that are appropriate to the context in which the coaching takes place"[1] Mentoring is… "off-line help by one person to another in making significant transitions in knowledge, work or thinking"[2] The setting: The first WPI was taken by a 24 years old architecture student, who works for an appraisal department of a mortgage company. The second WPI was taken by a 38 years old doctoral student, publicist that works for several agencies and a local television network. The approach taken: In both cases, a short interview was conducted to obtain accounts on their experiences, to explain how the tool works and to give details of the instructions to follow.
