Hesham Abdelhamed English Composition I Jeanne Purtell January 23, 2009 A Buzz Kill “Hey, I don’t really feel like crashing here, if I gave you gas money, will you take me to my house?” It was funny my friend asked me that because I was thinking the same thing also, but too bad I was the driver. Let’s just say that my decision to drive home that night would always remind me of what I did for my 2007 4th of July. I was at my friend’s first party at his new house and didn’t plan ahead whatsoever. The idea of where I would sleep or how I would go home didn’t come across my mind till the end of the night so my options became limited. It was either sleep on the couch or get in my car and drive home to my very comfortable bed, drunk.
Travelling with my team is definitely less stressful then when I do it myself. Linda, our team manager, basically takes care of all the details, I just basically have to wait in the check-in line show my ID and get onto the airplane. I step through the automatic door to see my team-mates waiting in a ridiculously long line. Our plane is scheduled to leave in an hour but I swear there

“Oh alright, Mr. Tate thinks I might be able to take over the station someday when he retires,” he says with a big grin and puffing out his chest like a rooster. Jem didn’t get to play football like he wanted to after that life changing night with Mr. Ewell. He healed alright but his arm was never the same. Jerrica Fair English 101 September 16, 2012 As citizens of Arizona, I believe we all know how serious border patrol has become when we travel to other states or venture down south to Mexico. With that being said, I have traveled to California numerous times but during the summer of 2010 it seemed that if it weren’t for bad luck I would have no luck at all. That year, traveling to San Diego took our weekend trips to a whole new level. How could a trip that had so many memorable experiences like staying on an army base, touring a ship with all kinds of old planes and relaxing on a beach turn into one of those trips you’d rather forget about? Well, the answer to that would be having your vehicle break down on the way there and on the way
The Boatman’s are huge St. Louis Cardinals fans and they have season tickets every year. Other than coming to celebrate my Grammy’s birthday, one of the other reasons that my Uncle Buck and Aunt Julie came to Troy was to finish my Aunt Julie’s Invisaline. Essentially, Invisaline is a retainer like form of braces but they are invisible, hence the name. Invisaline is a very costly procedure and my Uncle Rich did it for free for her, like all of the other dental work he graciously does for our family. The night before we left for home, we were going to take a trip to the dental office after dinner to make the final touches on Julie’s Invisaline.
On June 19, 2012 it was determined that TeiJay live with his dad and mom would see him on weekends from Friday at six o’clock pm to six o’clock pm and he was not to spend the night anywhere but grandma’s house because of mom’s bad discussion making and the people she exposed him to. She could take him every Wednesday from four to seven as well. However, I can see him anytime I want so long as it does not interrupt his schedule or his study time for school. Since, this transition TeiJay is a much happier kid and things are going well so far. I am happy with the outcome and know now I made the right discussion even if it cause conflict with Julia and I but I believe in time she will come to see it was the right thing to do and I did what was best for
Nicolas Arreola Ms. Uwanawich English 2H Period 6 4 September 2012 The Dropout It was Sunday morning and summer had just begun, my parents decided to make a trip to Ranging Waters that day. The temperature was rising to its peek and I had never wanted to feel the cold wet water splash in my face so badly like today. It was around 9a.m when we left the house and headed to Ranging Waters. The trip was almost an hour but didn’t seem like an hour more like half. Well, once we had arrived there was literally no parking what’s so ever, but we were lucky enough to find a perfect parking and not walk that far.
