Charismatic Personalities Anyone can benefit from having some charisma. To me charisma means to have a charming personality. If someone possesses charm they have personal attraction, and are interesting. Charm gives one influence over other people and makes them admired. If someone is charismatic they are able to use their character to draw others attention. It is a type of magnetism, and an ability to persuade others. Charisma gives one an ability to capture others attention in a positive manner. The more charisma someone has, the more worthy they are to their audience. The most important component of charisma is credibility. In order to establish credibility one must be trust worthy and able to communicate well. Have you ever wondered why some people get noticed, and why others go unnoticed. Why some people are genuinely heard, and others just listened to. Why some people get hired for a job, even if they aren’t the most qualified for the position. Why some people get help from complete strangers without even asking for it. The difference between these two types of people has to do with their charisma and their ability to draw others to them. I believe that we are all born with a certain amount of personal charm. I also believe that this quality and be learned and expanded upon. Charisma can be a difficult concept to grasp. Once learned though it can be very useful in one’s personal and professional life. Some people would say that the advantage of being very charming is the reason why they are so successful in their relationships. If you are charming then others are more likely to want to be around you, and in a relationship with you. People take pleasure from being in the company of a person who they find appealing. What may be appealing to one person may not be to another. That is a matter of perception. Appeal is an interpretation of your qualities
