As a manager, I can see myself inspiring my subordinates to think, grow and take responsibility for them. I do this by demonstrating belief in what my staff members can accomplish. I believe that I can help people to improve, and I enjoy managing and supporting their efforts. Moreover, observing the best in people is important to me. In fact, my ability to combine an acceptance of others as they are with the inspiration and encouragement they need to become even better is what makes me a valuable mentor, manager, co-worker, and friend.

This is such a formidable opportunity itself to be involved in due to the dedication of helping and caring for others, and being associated with multitudes of non- profit organizations. Leadership plays a huge role. I’ve always tried to show more of an independent role as a student, and help others who don’t quite understand the things that I do.

A sense of humor appears irrelevant but sometimes a little joke with the team can go a long way. What is your personal philosophy of leadership? In order to do this the leader must understand their followers and “speak their language.” Effectively communicating the overall vision and expressing what you stand for are the key components to this practice.
A schedule may also help me outline my day and highlight things that I would want to accomplish for each day, and that will cultivate a culture of discipline. The support that I will need should mainly come from within me though I would also need the support of others around me. This involves being around people with the same vision as me, to avoid falling off the rail. The people that I need to surround me are people that will constantly push me to do better and try to be the best version of myself and these are mainly friends as well as
