They arrested and charged her with violating the Ohio state law that states that no person should be in possession of any kind of obscene materials. She was found guilty.

Some people want laws in effect for the real world to protect their rights to their belongings. Theft in the virtual world occurs quite often. In an article titled, “Should Gamers be Prosecuted for Virtual Stealing?” the author Alex Weiss calls out a young teenage boy who is being prosecuted for stealing in a video game. It seems to be a legal blunder that is very straight forward, but becomes a heated debate.
When he did not find the man at home, he sent his investigator to the Boynton Beach Police to ask about Wilder. They told Whittaker they had a lengthy rap sheet on him. He was far from the gentleman that Beth had once described. Hed had a history of sexual offenses. Beth’s parents suddenly realized that on the very night that Beth had visited them for the last time, they had seen a television report about another missing woman one who looked very much like
Aaron Hernandez was charged with murder and two lesser offenses in the June 2013 murder of Odin Lloyd, when his body was found near Hernandez’s house. The Incriminating Evidence in the arraignment, were text messages from Hernandez and a supposed surveillance tape from Hernandez's home of Hernandez holding a gun while saying "You can't trust anyone anymore" before getting in his car to pick up Lloyd were described as crucial pieces of evidence. Also central to the case is apparent surveillance footage and the curious deletion of certain footage from Hernandez's house, as well as statements from witnesses who saw Hernandez as angry with Lloyd. Although prosecutors have apparently not found the gun used to kill Lloyd, the prosecution has Hernandez linked to a shell casing that matches the caliber of bullet used to shoot Lloyd. The link was through a piece of bubble gum that purportedly Hernandez chewed and was found next to the casing.
If an officer is in his patrol car attempting to pull someone over after witnessing a drug deal, the suspect flees and a foot chase pursues. The suspect is on his/her way into the house and yells out “COPS, FLUSH IT”, the officer has a right to enter that house, and perform a search for drugs. When there is a chance that evidence will be destroyed, a warrant is not needed. This also holds true if an officer is doing a routine patrol of a neighborhood, and hears some screaming coming from the inside of a house. The officer has a right to enter that residence to make sure that everyone in the house is ok.
They break into our computer for several reasons but mainly to acquire personal information for financial gain, shut down hardware, steal people’s credit information, and destroy data. Personal safety for a website for young people Nowadays, young people from the age of 12 to 18 are constantly victims of different crimes from robbery to murder. A very common problem is cyber bulling or adults pretending to be teenagers and talking to younger girls online on different social websites. There has been a recent article on a young girl that was abducted from her house and was sexually molested by a 30 year old man who has been taking to her on a social website and pretended to be a 17 year old boy. This is because young people do not know or acknowledge the dangers of surfing the web, as they were not told or not educated about it. To prevent these parents should be more vigilant and monitor their children’s access to the web.
Without immediate discipline we are giving the impression that if they commit a crime only once they can continue to commit other crimes as well because, hey, they will just receive a slap on the wrist if they have never committed it before. For example: A twelve year old goes into Wal-mart and steals makeup. Well it may have only been maybe a three dollar lipstick, so when the police get called the youth is let go on a warning because it was nothing big. That twelve yr old now has it in their mind, “ Well, I got away with this crime so why don’t I go break into a house and commit a burglary, and I will get away with it because it is not really just theft.” Now because they did not get punished for the petty three dollar lipstick, the Justice system is going to have to deal with something bigger, when this could have been taken care of
The body of the victim was found with pills in hand and on the table in front of her, a laptop open with an apparent suicide note on screen. The victim’s home was in disarray when she was found which tends to be a sign of a struggle. With that being said, there were no markings on the victim’s body that leads me to believe that there was a struggle. Although the victim’s sister claims she was a neat freak, which doesn’t rule out the thought of a struggle. The neighbor claims that he saw the victim’s boyfriend speeding out of her driveway two days prior to her body being discovered.
