Introduction In today’s society, tea is used daily in many families. But people just consider tea simply as a normal drink, nothing more than that. However, tea has more hidden things than they can even imagine. It will be very wasteful if people just use tea to slake their thirst because tea is natural and has many good qualities itself. Moreover, it is said that tea can also help in improving your health and memory. A recent study of green tea’s beneficial effects (Chacko et al., 2010) found “The health benefits of green tea for a wide variety of ailments, including different types of cancer, heart disease, and liver disease, were reported.” And “results of laboratory tests by a team from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne found that green tea inhibit the activity of certain enzymes in the brain which are associated with memory” (“Tea Could Improve Memory, ” 2004). Therefore, helping people broaden their knowledge about tea’s benefits can change people’s purposes when using tea. Background of Issue In the green tea reports “Information for health professionals” (Unilever, 2010) they stated: “Green tea is a natural choice for a healthy heart and body. For 5000 years, the Chinese have used tea to treat many ailments from coughs and colds through to headaches and body aches.” Not only in China, in many Asian countries, people – especially the old generation – think that tea is not just a drink but also a symbol which stands for a whole country’s culture. But sadly since the age of industrialization, tea tradition is gradually fading. It is because the modern and advanced lifestyle makes people live at speed. It seems like that the youth is affected the most from it. They must study and work then work and study. They do not have enough time for such leisure.
