So most of the training will be hands on and will really get the employees thinking. There will actually be a chance in the training class for the new employee to call one of InterCleans customers. If for any reason there is an employee who needs alternate avenues to further their development, there will be mini training sessions that would be offered for anyone who may want to attend to further their learning. The training sessions would only be offered at certain times and it would be more in depth on certain areas that the employee may need more help on. For instance if the employee is having problems with the sales aspect of the company, there will be a mini training session for techniques for improving sales.
CONCLUSION Being put in a team to do assignments can be very hard for some people because they may like to work alone. But if you think about it if you work in a team you can get the work done in half the time. It won’t put a strain on you worrying how can you get the work done, knowing you have to work and do other day to day things. As long as you designate who is going to be the leader and do what the leader tells you or ask you to do, the team will be fine. Just think how exciting your paper will be with all the other ideas, they may think of things you had no idea even existed.

Taking part in these also improved my time management skills as all meetings had to be attended on time and I also had to work to deadlines. I have a part time job in a shop, New Look, in which I have to deal with members of the public on a daily basis. This has improved my confidence greatly. I also have to work as part of a team in New Look, showing that I am a good listener and co-operative – which would be key in doing well in university. These types of employees are willing to “start at the bottom” and accept the starting wages of the sales associate position. For many, this isn’t a career choice, but rather a time filler or stepping stone for building their future careers. The various methods for the recruitment of sales associates would be employee referral, media advertisement, job agency, company website, and store kiosks. I had to reorganize my time management. Ever since I did that everything went smoothly. Now I am working a more hours at the Head Start. So I have to take a look at my time management and see what I am able to move around. So I don’t fall behind in school.
