Others believe that sport engage them in more trouble. Having healthy responsibilities keeps teens out of trouble, and sports are included in those responsibilities .After considering both sides of the issue, I strongly believe that sports keep teens out of trouble. Some parents and teachers think that letting teens play sports is a recipe for trouble.
They will also be affected emotionally because if they are not able to socialise with people they could become depressed and isolated. They might also have friends or partners that have passed away which will make them feel lonely because they won’t have anybody they can talk to. This will affect them because it will lower their self-esteem and they might also feel less confident when they try to interact with someone. This might also make them feel socially isolated because they might feel that they have nobody. Activity Theory This will affect them physically because they will become healthier and fit if they are using facilities like joining an aerobic class will help them to boost their self-confidence as well as keeping them healthy.
Not exercising can cause more serious issues then you think. Not only will you gain weight over time, but you have greater risk of diabetes, heart disease, and some types of cancer. For those who do exercise, they get the benefits that all could get. The benefits are the decreased blood pressure, live a longer life, have a better mood, less risk to obesity, heart disease, diabetes, and certain cancers. The reason why those who exercise live, because they are not getting fat over time as someone would be by just sitting at the couch all day.
Once one has done this, it is easy to tell that steroids shouldn’t be legalized. While the thought of stronger, faster, and more elite athletes does spike ones interest, the negative effects seem to outweigh the positives. When one takes into consideration how easily influenced the youth of America is by professional athletes, it is undeniable that teens will most likely begin using steroids to become more like the players they idolize. Steroid use in teens has been proven to cause addiction and even suicide and that seems like a rather large price to pay just to increase athletic performance. Aside from the negative influence, the negative health effects that come along with steroids can be dreadful.
As of now, there is no curable medication or proven effective medication for Alzheimer's but exercise may increase brain health. Exercise has been proven to reduce cholesterol, depression, blood pressure and diabetes and these are all risk factors for dementia. Physical activity might not always be outdoors but when it is it’s beneficial for the children are less likely to get infections like colds and flu’s. Children’s energy is boosted and helps their concentration skills. Improves on their motor skills. Long-term health: Children participating in physical activities can give children a positive attitude towards being physical and doing this often maybe make them want to join in different sports and do activities such as walking to places and playing outdoors. It is extremely beneficial to encourage children to join in with as much physical activities as they can
Since the early 1930's, people in the world of sports have been seeking an easy way to achieve success without putting in all the hard work required to make distant dreams realities. Young athletes and children look up to their peers and elders, and professional athletes. If one person finds success doing something a certain way, it is bound to be followed by others. Impatient athletes from all over have been searching for a competitive boost that will help them achieve their goals much sooner. Some use it to heal their bodies. Most athletes use it to help their team win because they want to be on the field producing for their team instead of warming the bench.
