We roll our Chapatti, the unleavened bread of North India, into uniform disc shapes. Our Chapattis are made from premium quality natural ingredients, and processed and rolled out in clean operations. It is then tightly packed to retain its taste and texture. The Chapati is available in a variety of stuffing and blends that are preferred by various segments of customers. Our products are used by the working middle class, bachelors and for parties, where quality, taste and time saving methods are very essential. CHAPATHI AS A SUPERIOR FOOD – BENEFITS: Our Chapathi basic ingredient, whole wheat is having lot of health benefits. To name a few: Dietary Fiber, which is necessary for proper functioning of the digestive tract. This is assuming more importance in the present hectic life style. Iron, which is an important part of our blood, key factor in hemoglobin. Vitamin “B” complex which includes thiamine, niacin and riboflavin, all necessary for body functions. Zinc which is necessary for the skin and growth. Magnesium (Selenium - minerals) RAW MATERIAL: The main raw material for the chapathi is wheat flour which is sourced from a "A" grade mill directly to our factory is according to our specifications. Likewise vegetable oil is also douby refined to our specification and is directly purchased from reputed oil mills. The water which we are using in making the dough is purified water from R.O system and is passed through ultra violet rays for elimination of bacteria in the water. This gives good quality and increases the shelf life of chapathis. Like wise we are using best quality TATA brand salt in our products for taste. For packing the chapathis we are using food grade multilayer cover, in which printing will come inside the two layers and this ink is not in touch with the food items at all.
