During each seminar, the instructor will be asking students lots of questions from the reading assignments, so there will be many opportunities to answer and to make additional comments or ask questions of your own. Your attendance at the weekly seminar for this course is very important. The seminar is an excellent source of information and explanation of the weekly material in this course. However, if you are unable to attend the seminar, you can still learn the information that was provided and also earn the seminar points. In order to earn the seminar points, you must complete an alternative assignment and submit it as a Word document attached to an email.

The young people I care for will sometimes have timetables that we can use but each one we will use different language, by different language I mean different terminology for things dependent on there level of understanding. I’m constantly challenged to find ways of effective communication for all my clients, services and professionals I deal with day to day in my job. Dealing with people with complex needs can take its toll I work very hard and always want to provide the best service I can but being human also this occasionally fails, my standards of care are always maintained but after working with someone I can walk away knowing I could have communicated a lot better, I don’t always get it right but I always try and learn from it and try it differently the next time. I look for feedback from my clients and professionals that I deal with and I always ask that they are honest and open with me and my working practices so I can improve where need be and of course commend me when I get it
For many graduate students they already have full times jobs and families which can make pursing a difficult task figuring out how to manage home time and school work. Its important to remember which “Grad school requires taking a long term perspective on time. Use a yearly, monthly, and weekly calendar ("Time Management Tips For Graduate Students", 2013). Created a calendar not only helps to keep you motivated it also helps with time management. Its important to be able to set aside the time needed to complete the assignments.

The NEA has great influences on Congress, state senators, and the Supreme Court, along with representatives lobbying for court verdicts on state and federal programs. With the NEA’s help, we have developed an expensive, broad educational structure, however we still have thousands of students graduating who cannot spell, read well, write an essay, demonstrate basic math skills, demonstrate basic knowledge of American history, and so on. For an organization, that “accomplishes” so much, there are way too many children graduating from school who do not have the basic educational needs to obtain a job. The NEA stresses the importance of getting support and federal aid to improve the schools and education, but there is no improvement. Our education system has developed a curriculum that teaches no moral values, biblical lessons, or enough basic educational necessities for that matter.
This type of communication within B&M is probably the most important as it is the most common type of communication used and is vital in making sure that important business deals can be made and so customers and clients feel secure and can create an understanding with the company. With verbal communication one of the types of information that is given through this method is customer advice. Customer advice is used in verbal communication as it is the most effective, and the easiest way to give a message to a person in the company. Things like showing a customer a product or explaining to them the features of a product are used in this, the purpose of verbal communication within B&M are to convey information on the simplest and most efficient format when required and when it is best suited. And the purpose of helping customers get information on the products is to make sure they have the best understanding of what they are purchasing and that it is good for the companies reputation of creating an honest and helpful image that customers can rely upon when purchasing from.
The HR department is one of the most valuable departments in a company. Generally, the HR department has the most valuable input that could help the company make better decisions. By HR being strategic partner within a company, they could better understand what is needed to help them be successful.

The next phase for kudler is to create a functional and dependable database that will reflect the relationship between the entities displayed on the table. The importance of a computerized database to AIS cannot be overemphasized. It is important to note that the information stored in a company’s database is sometimes their most important assets. The nature of any database is that they continue to grow, as the company grows.
The board of directors must by law be composed of volunteers, which can be an advantage to the company. These are also internal factors that have helped the organization be successful that it will want to leverage and grow. Asset leverage; Loyal customers; Market share leadership; Diversified products. They are all the strengths of the ALL. Asset leverage allows ALL to use their best operational assets to expand their business and improve their market share.
I think bring able to meeting commitments, however, is one of the most important characteristics to have because it deals a lot with how other people will see you and how reliable they think you are. This is important because judgment from other people is a big factor of your success since other people have to like your ideas in order for you to be successful. Because a lot of these characteristics are similar between the three different entrepreneurs, it just goes to show you how important they are because many successful people all possess these
