I feel this gives the children and parents a sense of trust. I get down on the child’s level when I speak to them. I believe that by doing this it makes the child feel special and welcomed in the classroom. I ALWAYS praise a child’s accomplishments. I even cheer them on when they struggle with a task.
A teacher with high expectations for his or herself will ultimately pass that quality on to their students. Caring comes naturally for great teachers. When a teacher genuinely cares for the students entrusted to them, they are able to reach them with greater ease. Great teachers make their classroom a place where caring is the norm. In a climate of care, students are more inclined to take up for each other, protect each other, and teach others how to care.
My students will develop a community that respects each other in the classroom as well as out of the classroom. Once these goals have been met I feel that the rest of the year will be smooth sailing! (Gallagher, 1999-2012). In the field of education, good classroom management is essential ( Froyer & Iverson, 1999) . Encouraging and establishing student self-control through a process of promoting positive student achievement and behavior is what every classroom needs.
In high school I was in the future educators association. As well as the class that was involved in the group. We went to schools in our area and helped the teachers and helped us decide if teaching was right for us. This meant that we had to make lesson plans, keep peace and order in classroom, as assist students when help was needed. This was a very pleasant and unforgettable experience for me and my fellow classmates.
Another key consistency I have seen with all the English teachers at my placement school is the success of inclusion which I feel has a positive impact on classroom practice. All pupils are truly included in an effective learning environment whether they are SEN, Gifted and Talented or children from a different social background, and they are able to do this because the classes are managed in a fair and disciplined way. This is also encouraged through pupils mirroring the behaviours and attitudes of the teaching staff, and I feel this has a very positive impact on shaping the pupils’ behaviour within the classroom
The students also become able to work on individual goals while also participating in the classroom community with their peers. Another beneficial quality includes the fact that each of the parents can now feel including in their education and the activities of their neighborhood schools. One of the most important qualities of this program is that the students that were once excluding into self-contained classrooms or were homebound can now develop friendships with a wide variety of other children with their own individual wants, needs and abilities. One last reason that inclusion is beneficial is that inclusion positively convinces both the school and the community to appreciate the diversity provided by the inclusion

Schools that have enough instructional supplies like test book and others always produce good student. The supplies help the instructor to have access to more education sources and references, this makes teaching easy and fun for the instructors. Every instructor who love his work, devote his time and energy to making his student better, on the other hand, student acquire enough skill or knowledge from devoted instructors. Every school or classroom that lacks of supplies never produce good student. Immigrant’s student can only perform better academically when all the needed supplies are available for their learning experience.
An effective team starts with positive leadership. We have recently had a new Head Teacher at our school, and already he has had a huge impact upon teamwork and moral in our day to day lives at the school. The Head Teacher, through each line manager, makes each team member aware of their roles and responsibilities. He is respectful of each person individually which helps us to feel valued. It is also important for other members of the team to be equally as respectful and to consider the ideas and opinions of others.
(Erikson) Another, amazing theory that I can compare this classroom and teachers, their practice and professionalism, children are motivated to learn on what they are interested on, the teacher nurtures that ability so that the children grow and learn. I was in awe the genuine respect the children received by the teachers. They respected the child’s ideas and decisions. However, there were incidents that the teacher had to sit a child down to control behavior, the teacher called it “Time to take a break”. Reggie Emilia stated, “Children are not assumed to be empty vessels to be filled with instruction; they are seen as ready to learn when the right, best, or most appropriate opportunities are offered.” (Reggie
