It is very important for a coach to have a philosophy about what he or she wishes to accomplish and what they want their athletes to accomplish along with the winning. Although the benefits of teaching and coaching can be questioned by many all it takes is that former or current athlete showing up one day and saying, “Coach thanks for all you have done for me, I couldn’t have done it without you.” and your ready to get going all over again. The levels of coaching that I hope to coach someday will be elementary all the way up to High School. I need to be around our club wrestling team at a young age, this will help teach the kids the things they need to know at an early age. It will also help build a powerhouse team by the time they get to high school.

But being on a sports team also can help sharpen interpersonal skills and give you practice in coping with stress and anxiety. It gives the much needed exercise that all humans need in order to maintain a healthy lifestyle. It can help keep children and adults stay away from negative influences. They can even teach discipline because people need to keep practicing in order to get better at the sport that they play. Sports bring out the competitive fire in players. Although, some people play just for fun and exercise, which is great, many play to win.

Play time can also become a family experience which serves to bond family members together and allow adult members an opportunity to model healthy exercise habits for children. Exercise also helps young children develop a healthy self-image and positive self-esteem as they take pride in their physical accomplishments. The exhilaration that comes with running, laughing, and playing can also boost a child's mood. This leads to one of the most important reasons kids should play outside: its fun! When children do exercise it can benefit from regular exercise because if they are active they will have stronger muscles and bones.
Young men really do appeal to this product because they want to have a great in shaped body. They also used a celebrity endorsement by using Rich Froning 2011-2012 Crossfit Games Champion. I think this was such a good choice for a celebrity endorser because five years ago the Crossfit games did not exist. So, Rich Froning was just like every other guy in the gym just working out for the joy of it. Crossfit is a brand new and up and coming competition.
Some schools’ mission statement is the modern equivalent to a motto. “Although our pupils achieve well, we are interested in more than just results. We aim to provide an inspiring, stimulating and enjoyable education for all our pupils, introducing them to a wealth of exciting experiences across the whole curriculum.” How is this reflected? : The pupils’ achievements not only academic but also sporting, artistic, performing and behaviour, both in and out of school are recognised. There is a positive culture of learning and development that is celebrated by merits, certificates, displays and praise from teaching staff.

This inspires self-esteem and Confidence, these youths become physically fit, promotes health and good blood pressure and Sparks interest from the opposite sex, which in turn also deters youths from crime. This is Especially true in teen boys. (Berryman, 1996) Coleman (1965) wrote that “if it were not for interscholastic athletics or something like it, the Rebellion against school, the rate of drop-out, and the delinquency of boys might be far worse Then they presently are” (pp. 44–45).
This is brought on by the high intensity workouts and working in the heat. However, so called circuit training which gets a lot of praise from fitness coaches can yield the same results, because of the non-stop movement. Certified crossfit trainers are educated in this medical issue and are always on the lookout for potential dangers. Crossfit gyms create bonds and friendships through the people that go to them through enduring these dynamic workouts together. A community feel is brought into this training environment not only at the gym he or she works out in, but also in any crossfit gym across the world.
From this, my students will be able to express their individuality and I can help them develop this. I want my student athletes to be unique and, with that in mind, possess unique skills as it pertains to sports. I believe that if student athletes possess a firm understanding of who they are as individuals and what they are capable of, and then they can truly develop their individual style(s) of play. This in turn can help lead to team unity and can establish a team spirit within all the student athletes that can lead to camaraderie and ultimately, success.
