When you wake up in the morning, do you wonder to think how it is possible for us to live independently as individuals with equal rights? The United States is known as the land of opportunity, where the statue of liberty is represented as freedom. Many immigrants moved to America not just to earn their freedom of rights but also to create their own independence. Our democratic government believes in the idea that all people are socially equal. In our nation the civilian’s majority votes help make decisions that’ll approve regulations. Living your life in America isn’t enough motivation to full fill a dream; it’s what you do with it especially when there aren’t any limitations to your capabilities. My ideas of the American dream is having control over your existence by using the privilege as a citizen to have high salary jobs, accommodations, and opportunities to rise higher from your social and economic status. Many Americans struggle to earn money or finding a minimum wage job but it’s even harder for the immigrants that don’t have rights to earn legal pay or benefits. Earning a citizenship allows you to be invincible to segregation from critical employers. The value of currency is the equivalent of having freedom when it comes to the desire of owning materials or substance. The more money you possess the more power you have to obtain your priced necessities. Secondly, housing is very important to me because owning a house in your name gives you property.
