Another weakness would be that they failed to be as competitive then other restaurants especially technology wise. One way Ruby Tuesdays can utilize its strength and minimize its weakness to be competitive would be to use their American style burgers and different varieties of appetizers and make it with different promotions at different prices for families as well as a couple dinner and make efficient prices that customers can afford even being broke. A.1.a. Pre-K Strengths Because of the ever changing demographics in our system this can be very beneficial and has some great advantages with our program. With more non-English speaking children coming into our system this is encouraging our teachers to learn another language. In return it is helping with the language barrier we are facing in our current days. Our system could also look into hiring more teachers with the added benefit of speaking multiple languages and creating more jobs in our area.
The next major change that I noticed was that time used to be relevant to them, and now it is more significant. Their concept of time is important and punctuality increased. Because time is more significant, this is caused from outside influences such as church services, school classes, and other activities. In the restaurant business, the fast casual segment is definitely on the rise. People do not have a lot of money right now, but they still want to eat out and get good food and service. The precious things that people have brought to USA from all over the world do not destroy but enhance American
In his article Passel doesn’t mention much on how the immigration effects our society as a whole, and why immigration occurs. Instead he goes about measuring its flow and what effect it has on population in the future. For example, Passel states, “The United States can anticipate the entry of another 14 million immigrants between 2000 and 2010.” He goes about discussing how immigration has brought “many changes in the nation’s legal immigration policies” and “enforcement.” His article simply expresses no feeling or bias on the
