They are continuously updating their knowledge, doing research, have important and original thoughts relating their fields, and are interested in what other people do in the same fields. Outstanding teachers treat their lectures with the same seriousness and dedication needed in other endeavors such as research or scholarships. They also create class objectives that can be applied outside of the classroom. Students are taught in a way that allows them to confront, analyze, rethink previous assumptions, and examine schemas. At the same time, students are treated with decency by believing in their capacity to learn.
It shows that the school staffs have a common purpose; i.e. to achieve the targets and provide the support required for a great learning environment for pupils and colleagues. When working in a team in a school, problems are exposed to a greater diversity of knowledge, skill and experience and therefore a greater variety of complex issues can be tackled effectively. Faster output is another benefit of a good teamwork. As no person can be good at everything, working in a team provides a great opportunity for the school staff to learn from each other’s skills and talents.
Discussing cases in small group settings can be a huge benefit in that each person would bring varying perspectives, critiques and solutions to the table, increasing the knowledge of each teacher more than if they were to just complete individually. Once critiques are made upon a case and other people offer suggestions and opinions teachers will be much more capable and confident to reflect and critique their own classroom teaching. Teaching cases are for the greater good of all teachers; they need not be put down, but instead used for the edification of other teachers where they can bounce ideas off each other for greater understanding on how to deal with certain situations. Discussing cases will test the beliefs of everyone involved, broadening the minds of teachers and evaluating each perspective. Each person must be able to effectively communicate their views and reasons why they have certain beliefs.
As a teacher you groom and mold your students always teaching them new criteria they need to know for their future. That is why as an educator I want to continue my own enlightenment by obtaining a Master’s degree. By becoming a principal it enables me to become a lifelong learner by observing great teachers, support disenfranchised students by being the constant figure at the school as kids move from class to class or from district to district but most of all I would get the opportunity to watch the students grow over their entire school grade career, not only physically but mentally and
Schools that have enough instructional supplies like test book and others always produce good student. The supplies help the instructor to have access to more education sources and references, this makes teaching easy and fun for the instructors. Every instructor who love his work, devote his time and energy to making his student better, on the other hand, student acquire enough skill or knowledge from devoted instructors. Every school or classroom that lacks of supplies never produce good student. Immigrant’s student can only perform better academically when all the needed supplies are available for their learning experience.
This commitment models the expectations for the staff and proves that I, as a principal, must strive to create a school culture that has a positive influence on life and learning in my school. The entire thought of developing successful learning communities in my school is a great challenge. I realize that I have much to learn and everything will not happen as quickly as needed. Change is never an easy process, but as I strive to build on the positive and eradiate the negative my focus will be to have a highly effective school with highly effective teachers. I found great value in
They include challenging classes, personal attention for all students, extra help for those who need it, bringing the real world to the classroom, family and community involvement, a safe learning environment, skilled teachers, strong leaders, necessary resources, and user-friendly information. These elements will determine the success of each individual student and create a learning environment made to fit their
I will encourage students to get the most from their education and foster high standards of behaviour while making students’ time at the school a positive and enjoyable one. I am aware of the expectations placed on driving high academic achievements and behaviour and I am prepared to volunteer my time to become involved in activities which will develop NCHS School, helping to construct an even more successful community inside the school. I am eager to assume a pastoral role alongside my teaching duties, to shape the pupils experience of learning as a whole. I have successfully communicated with parents and carers of students to guarantee their support when dealing with challenging behaviour and also in congratulating students who have exceeded
Being an RA/CA will help improve me being much more responsible with a job. Whenever I have a job I am responsible. But I feel as though I can never be more responsible. I take any job I have seriously. I hope to be a great asset to the school.
They need to work on their lesson plans for the younger toddlers who attend their center in the morning to the afternoon. Other than that, they can only hope to better their environment and do whatever they can to help the children learn and grow at their center. They truly are passionate about their work, and it is evident that their children appreciate the center and the staff. It was a great experience meeting and interviewing people with such
