Poem Study/ Imaginative writing on Separation A Twist in my Story. The moon shone so bright that evening, making it almost impossible to miss one of the biggest celebrations in my teenage history, graduation. Although once again, my intentions were delayed due to my monthly visit at Dr. Coleman’s office. Frustration soon led to teardrops of sweat, which ran down my eyebrows as I lay reluctantly on a couch while listening to some know-it-all therapist preach on about how I should live my life. Luckily, it seemed convincing enough to admit that being hard on myself was not the answer, and what was in the past is now over. I left the office with innocent puppy-dog eyes in a gentleman’s tone, while carrying with me the therapist’s own (personal) published novel on ‘The passion of true love.’ The excavator led me straight to level one and without reading another word on Coleman’s book cover, the sudden appearance of a disposal unit soon became the books new home and in doing the honours, I mocked Coleman’s so called words of wisdom. “Love should never be played as a game,” I repeated over and over, leaving me with no hesitation to snigger as it stained the back of my mind. As time passed by, my lascivious tactics continued to leave victims in regret and not to mention a fool’s homage. My friends were always kept close, but my enemies were always kept closer. My greatest victory in seduction is a perfect example of just how this operated. Simplice was my best friend and I considered him as an accomplice. Throughout senor high school, Simplice offered me wisdom which I did not possess. My greatest victory occurred when I decided to jeopardise the new Headmaster’s daughter, Katrina. My brilliant intentions were however, delayed due to an unfortunate discovery. Apparently some loser informed Katrina of my lascivious tactics which just made my mission even harder.
