Building a good relationship with your boss is very important. It helps in motivating the employee and deploys him with better opportunities. There are three major elements to build a good relationship with the manager. The employee should be well disciplined, updated, and should be advantaged in a smart social personality. First of all, the main thing is to be well disciplined. The employee should submit his tasks within the expected time range; this will help the employee to be noticed in his work. This behavior will drive the managerial levels to notice a talented employee because the management always seek a person that can be very punctuated in work. Also, for an employee to ensure his success he should be prepared for every situation or task. For example, if he has to be faced with any meeting, the employee should prepare all the meeting aspects ahead of the due date of this assembly. Although being ready to face work obstacles can help the employee very much, but that’s not enough. A person has to be up-to-date in everything concerning his work. This way will let him master his job. The employee should always be ready to be the 1st to suggest new ideas and solutions for problems. This proficiency will put the EMPLOYEE IN THE notice. That’s the kind of worker the boss will always be looking for. In addition of being up-to-date the employee should have in mind thata person will have an eye on him all day during the working hours. A person must present a personality that shows roughness and tenderness in there right places, show skills and abilities, always take work seriously , and never let any external or internal impact to disturb him from his work.
