A Good Neighbor To be a good neighbor doesn’t take a lot of skill. You just need to be polite, respectful, and thoughtful. To be a good neighbor it’s a good idea to… 1. If you have any parties make sure you end them at a reasonable time. You don’t want all your other neighbors to think that you are the worst neighbor anyone can ever have. If you are going to have it till late at night, then invite your neighbor. If you want to get close to your neighbors, you need to make sure you help them out whenever possible.
