The party will not start until the sun goes down. By 2 am we had hit 2 clubs, 3 friend’s houses, and had to crash in the top floor of the Hilton due to the number of people who were drunk. We had booked out the whole top floor of the Hilton for the bridal shower but I had never seen close-up how seriously tipsy people acted. We had all been offered a brownie except for Andrea, the youngest girl in attendance. It's been my experience that all calls between the hours of 11 PM and 9 AM are disaster calls. I was told to leave the house without waking my parents and to get into a taxi to the Modern, a place that I had heard about but never seen. I stumbled upon the heart of the infamous East Hastings Street and Main. It was the dark depths of Friday night and I had never been outside during this time.
