Dubai is one of the fastest growing cities in the world which is willing to reach the advanced countries and have been mounting at an incredible speed at such short period. Dubai is identified as the main source of this amusing improvement of such civilization, due to many factors that have resulted on drawing many people from all around the globe to come and achieve what they desire. Dubai is acknowledged by its business affairs, education, festivals, exhibitions and tourism. That’s why Dubai has succeeded on attracting foreigners from around the world.
Due to this rapid improvement Dubai has gained a dark side during the past 15 years, which is “traffic” because of the over-population. Traffic jams causes a lot of problems, such as accidents, anxiety, anger and health problems such as backbone pain etc...
Road and Transport Authority known also as RTA is responsible for planning and executing transport and traffic projects in Dubai since November 2005. Their mission is to prepare legislation and develop integrated solutions of road systems and land/marine transportation networks that are safe and in line with Dubai’s economic development plans and the highest international standards.
Some of these solutions are already completed and some are still under construction. Since Dubai is growing very fast, RTA’s main job is to build new bridges, new tunnels, expanding highways, and now they are in the process of building Dubai Metro, that consists of a train that will connect each sector in Dubai.
