Remember To Froget

Remember To Forget
Remember to forget
Remember to forget
So at least you can escape

Remember to forget my smile
Remember to forget my face
Remember to forget my songs
Remember to forget this place

This place of tranquility
Freedom, love and serenity
This place of musical orchestration
Bursting to announce to all the nations
That fire which ignited life in my dead soul has arrived
Arrived to wake me up and give me all from which
In this life, I was deprived
All this given to me with one glance straight in to my eyes
One touch, so carefully planned and designed
And one sound, a sound that never lies

The sound of silence
The sound of silence which says it all
Without saying anything at all
The best explanation I can give you
Is holding you and never letting go
For all the words I could give
Even make one up, one which might make you believe
But there are no words, numbers or phrases
No songs, poems or sentences
No present or gift which I can give
That may truly let you see
All that you made me feel, all that you gave me

Now as I lay here all alone
Alone as alone can be
I wish to turn that frown
Into the beautiful smile that once saved me
An although now I have a long road ahead
Accompanied by solitude but never regret
I know I am not alone because just your memory
Is enough to give life to he who is dead
And with her at my side to my destiny I will get

But back to your frown
That frown which gets even God himself down
Turn it into a smile
A welcoming smile to a grateful heart
A heart which you brought back to life
A heart which will never forget
Not even when it’s time for it to rest
