1.0 Introduction:

The name of this organization is Arab Link Travel. This company has the wealth of experience to assist and arrange the best and most economical travel arrangements. This company located in Kuala Lumpur at Jalan Cheras (head quarter) and with branch located in Kuala Lumpur City Center. It provides a lot of services to customers such as Domestic&International Ticketing and Tours, World wide hotel Reservation and Travel Insurance and son on. The company mission is to provide superior products and services to meet our customers’ satisfaction.

This Company realized for the past of four years a lot of customers come from Middle East and especially from Gulf Countries to visit Malaysia. Some of these customers always visit the Kuala Lumpur City Center branch. The branch office in KLCC is located in the excellent strategic location where a lot of tourists available in there. The sales volume of the company increases during the summer time from June to September. During the summer time, the KLCC branch office receives a lot of customers’ hotel reservation orders where the staffs in the office have to confirm the customers’ reservation. The problem in this company occurs when the KLCC branch office has to pay the whole sellers to confirm the customers’ hotel booking. The company policy is the KLCC branch office has to send the customer’s hotel reservation money to the accounting department in headquarter every time and the payment should be made through the accounting department to the whole sellers. This policy causes a loss to the company, where the accounting department in headquarter some time does not make the payment to the whole sellers on time. This is caused the cancellation of the hotels rooms’ reservation of the customers.
