Summarry
This report analyse the procedures of recruitment and selection operate in a hospitality industry. It treat about training and development which can be use to improve employees performances and also how to measure performance with which tools. If the recruitment is indispensable and so important it is control through different laws and regulations that employers must to be aware. At least there is some recommendation which can be operating within the reference company: Chesford Grange Hotel.

Recruitment is very important for the survey of a company. Employers must take care about recruit the right people because those determine his team work
II) Legislations
Employers have to take care to avoid discrimination in recruitment processes. Not only is this fair and required by law, but it also gives an employer the best chance of getting the right person for the job.
In the UK, employers should follow the code of practice on Racial Equality in Employment that became law in April 2006. This provides guidance on how businesses can prevent unlawful racial discrimination in their recruitment policies.
It's important to follow certain procedures and to check each potential employee's eligibility to be in the UK and do the work in question. However, a business must also ensure that its recruitment practices are not discriminatory.
