Within this paper Team B will propose taking on the project of organizing a family reunion for a family. Team B will describe the motivating factor of the family to hire a project team to organize a family reunion. The stakeholders of the family reunion will be identified alone with the expected goals of this project. Team B will communicate the time of completion, the cost of expenses, and performance goals of managing the organization of a family reunion. The development of the statement of work (SOW) will identify what all is included in the project alone with the summarizing of the final cost and benefits the cost will bring at the conclusion of the project.
The customer is a family who has no experience organizing a family reunion, and the family is interested in Team B organizing the family event. The family is responsible for the organization of a large reunion held every five years. This large family reunion is held in a different location every five years and will be organized by the family in the location scheduled. The customer is motivated by having the chance to reuniting extended family, to heal old wounds and mending the distance between relatives and family members growing apart with his or her own busy lives with careers and family.
The main stakeholder is the customer, which is the family who is hiring Team B to organize the family reunion. The family is who will provide the budget to the project team, which the team B is responsible for not exceeding. The family will also hold team B ultimately accountable for meeting time constraints, meeting the budget set for the project, issuing out all invites for the names provided and the success of the family reunion.
