To go over the chapters this is a about personal health. Each point will be use full for the way you live physical, mentally, and socially.
The foundation of health are two definition of heath one is the continuum of a health triangle. Health is a total state of total physical, and social, and mental well being. These make up the 3 elements of health. A health continuum is a graphic repartition of our health that can change over time. A health triangle show the balance of ones health the components like mentally, physically, and social.
Having a strong self esteem is necessary to get through your day. A self esteem is how much a person likes, accepts, and respects himself overall as a person, and it is formed by doing something nice for you or someone else. It is good to have a goal in life so you have something to work for a goal is something you aim for that takes planning and work. If u are working for a goal you should follow these steps select one goal to work toward, list what you will do to reach this goal, and identify others who can help you and support your efforts.
To get far in life you have to make good decisions, a decision is the act of making a choice or coming to a solution. One other part of decision making is the risk and the precaution. A precaution is a planned, preventive action taken an event to increase the chance of a good outcome. A risk is a behavior with and element of danger that may cause injury or harm you. There are 5 steps you should think about before making a decisions they are, what is the risk? Are they reasonable? Why is there a decision to make ? Why am I in this situation? And who is involved?. You ask why it is so important to think about the consequences? They are extremely important because you can you may get hurt if u do not think about what you do.
