My business opportunity is to open a shop close to university which give the service of printing, copying, binding, selling computer accessories, refilling printer cartridges and internet access. I would name the shop of “Easy Print -Copy -Bind”.

The business main objectives are to offer the following services:
1- Printing: printing documents in all kinds of paper sizes (A0, A1, A2…., A8), posters, stickers, business cards.
2- Copying: copying documents in all standard sizes.
3- Binding: spinal binding and hard binding.
4- Printer Cartridges: selling cartridges as well as refilling them.
5- Computer accessories: selling computer accessories such as flash memories, blank CDs, blank DVDs.
6- Stationary stuff: selling papers, lecture notes, pen, etc.
7- Internet access: installing 3-4 computers for customers’ internet access.
8- Expand and open more shops with the same speciality.

The reasons behind choosing the place next to the university are: firstly, university is located in the heart of the CBD which gives my start up business a great opportunity to succeed. Secondly, no such facilities that offer printing, copying, binding, etc. in the near area of university except the university facilities and one shop located in the middle way between the two universities. Thirdly, most university accommodations are located in this area as well as students tend to live as close as possible to the university.

Based on location and services, I believe that the services which I will offer in my shop are exactly what the potential-costumers need because:
1-The university area is a busy area and quiet numbers of universities’ campuses, colleges are in the area nearby of university. The universities are Sydney University. 2-Central station is about five minutes from the university in which non student’s customers can be also targeted.
