March 7, 2011
Abstract
The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively within a group setting of different learning styles and personality traits will result as a success. Based on the results of Multiple Pathways to Learning Assessment, my highest learning intelligence is Verbal-Linguistic. After the results of the Personality Spectrum Assessment, I learned my highest score resulted in the classification of Thinker. Despite there were lower and secondary scores, this paper will highlight three learning styles and personality types and how I developed strategies for communicating and collaborating effectively in a group putting forth a Public Speaking Engagement for a Thyroid Cancer Fundraiser. This paper will reflect the importance of different roles, tasks, skills, and abilities that deliver a message effectively in unison for an important cause.
