February is Self-Love Month 14 Easy Ways To Love Yourself! Valentine’s day is over! Did you know that February is also a celebration of more than just Romantic Love? February is also the month to celebrate Self-Love Month! So February is a good reason to stop waiting to be happy, to stop waiting for that perfect mate, dream date, for the one who is suppose to sweep you off your feet! February is a good excuse to start with yourself, and start being the love you are looking for and stop waiting to get the love you want from someone else. Let’s start simple. Here are 14 things you can do to Love Yourself and Increase how you Value and your feelings Worthiness! Take this Self-Love Challenge. Try doing one of the suggestions daily for the next 14 days and see how you feel about yourself! I suggest you keep a daily log, of what you do, and how it makes you feel about yourself to track your progress. 1. Fake it until you make it. If you don’t feel esteem, act as if you love yourself! Stop waiting to believe or feel high self-esteem. Behave yourself into loving yourself; eventually the thoughts and feelings will follow! Do something loving for you, right this minute. 2. Innovate: Do something you would not normally do. Do something out of your comfort zone, stretch yourself. 3. Take 100% responsibility for your own happiness, no one else’s. Is it really that hard to make yourself happy? You might start by making a list of all the activities, and attitudes that bring you joy then follow it up with daily actions to increase self-happiness. 4. Write a list of what kind of friend you are, listing all your assests. Post it somewhere you can see it often through out the day and keep adding to it. 5. Do something to Beautify your own life.
