ABSTRACT
This paper will describe and define the issues, goals, strategic plan, and tactic used for both negotiators in task(s) and documentation management. It will provide an assessment of the areas that needs to be addressed as well as provide a comprehensive negotiation plan that will benefit both parties and leave room for future growth. This negotiation analysis reflects upon the processes involved with an identified problem statement and presents tips and tricks to aid in making the necessary changes to existing processes within the task(s) and documentation management.
Introduction
The Voice Recognition Company is the Leader in speech recognition for Pathology in Healthcare throughout the United States and Canada. It is a private owned company with14 active employees and is broken down into 5 Executives, 1 Director, 1 Project Manager, 3 Implementation Specialists, 2 Support Analysts, 1 Pathology Solution Specialist and 1 Developer. The company has to date, 124 active accounts with 18 new project(s) to go live between the timeframe of October 1, 2010 through June 1st, 2011.
