I never know the charm of spring until recently took a trip to Jiangling, a peaceful ancient village located on the northeast of Wuyuan country east Jiangxi province. It is steeped in Chinese fairy tales. The breathtaking scenery of the rape blossoms and the ancient simplicity of HUI architecture style houses made Jiangling in April a harmony paradise.
The rape blossoms serve as the true symbol of early spring. As approaching to Jiangling village, the green hills give way to the edgeless flowery fields. They cover along the road and spread over the hills. They become the most precious carpet weaved by the spring, warming up the world; they also form an immense ocean of flowers, with waves gently made by the breeze every now and then.
The rape blossoms are the treasures sent from nature. For the local farmers, the yellow flowers ocean foreshows the abundant harvest .The villagers there take advantage of the rich soil and suitable climate to make their living, and every single flower is the blossom of the farmers’ hard work as well. When the harvest season comes, all the diligence of the farmers will get back. Whereas to hundreds of visitors beckoned by the magnificent landscape, the splendid fields of rapes are not only the delight for the eye but an opportunity to experience the Mother Nature. Tourists love to wander in the flowery fields enjoying the swim in the flower ocean. While embracing by the numerous yellow beauties, everyone couldn’t help taking pictures to memories the fantastic moment. What the photographs couldn’t record, however, is the impressive connection between human and nature which would remind us city people to cherish all the sources provided by the environment but we used to take for granted.
Ancient architecture, on the other hand, as a symbol of Chinese wisdom, completes the fantastic picture of Chinese countryside. Among the flower ocean stand some village houses. They were all built in Hui architecture...
