Ever since the dawn of man, space has been a mysterious and overwhelming frontier. Every generation of man has studied and observed the night sky. The natural wonder that one has when thinking about space is, what is out there? Do intelligent alien creatures lurk in the depths of outer-space? If intelligent life exists, do they know we exist? These are questions that have boggled great minds for generations. People claim to have seen an alien spacecraft all too often. Most are simple hoaxes, mistakes, or can be explained by natural or manmade causes. Despite having hundreds of thousands of UFO reports, only a select few have been given any serious attention. One report that has been continually researched and debated is the report known as The Roswell Alien Crash. This alleged alien crash occurred on July 8, 1947. Supposedly, according to media and witness sources, the incredible discovery of an alien spaceship and actual alien bodies were found at the crash sight in Roswell, New Mexico. While this is pure speculation, the intense effort by the United States Government to cover up crash evidence leaves the average person to ponder what the real truth is. The absence of cooperation by the United States Government to publicize the crash information and evidence from Roswell has created even more mystery and debate over the UFO crash. The Roswell crash has piles of evidence which cause many to come to the conclusion that what crashed on that warm July day in 1947 was an actual alien spacecraft.
The United States Government has attempted to explain the alien crash ever since the accident occurred. On July 8, 1947, the day after the crash occurred, The Roswell Army Air Field issued a press release stating that 509th Bomb Group had recovered a “flying disc”.
