Success to find dream job is the goal of most peoples. Understanding four factors which can be reliably predict success and growing interest for school, undergraduate, postgraduate students and unemployed peoples. This paper will focus on how job seekers go through their recruitment process. Topics such as, how to search for a position, writing job application, characteristics of the job interview and being interview for a job will be examined. It will be argue that how job seekers go about preparing a job application and then preparing for successful interview.
The first step job seekers should plan to take to get a better job is to search for jobs. They can choose four strategies. The First strategy Hirsch (2005, p. 97) stated that a good search job plan to have quite different strategies and skills to identify and land a position. Job seekers found that large numbers of people are applying for newspaper jobs therefore they use the recruitment agencies. But their service s come with a possible buyer beware sign and understand terms of their contracts before agreement with them. . The Second strategy Dwyer (2008, p. 538-539) indicates that companies sometimes filling the vacancy by their own contacts. To improve contacts job seekers should ask their referee what type of position you are looking for that is way job seekers can make their own networks. . The Third strategy Wood (2002, p. 97-98) shows that online opportunities allow to job seekers to browse searched jobs. They also get a browse option for instance, salary, area locations and specific job titles. Other services included privacy features, E-mail notification and storage for job search criteria and facilities for tracking their applications. . The Forth strategy Dwyer (2008, p. 539-540) demonstrate that think about further and seek opportunity by cold canvassing. In case Seeker succeeds in this process they have opportunity to attend interview.
