Mission

I need to find a PMS for a 300 room hotel. I put together a team of all the managers and their choice of 2 employees from each sector to make the decision as to what we need. They came up with a list of things they believed were necessary including:

• Group bookings
• Availability charts
• Wake up calls and message system
• Specific room requirements for housekeeping
• Room status updates for housekeeping
• Sales reports and daily sales analysis
• Easily accessible guest and room history

We then looked at three different companies and picked which one we thought would be the best suited.

We liked that all of their information was readily available on the front page but then realized that it was all the information they had. We also liked the motto “Make IT Happen” they also had custom programming but they only outlined the basic software (see page ….ldfjf) however there was no mention of their support system.

Company 2 – www.Fidelity-Mais.com

This was a very classy website however it left much to be desired on the information about the actual system. There was a lot about the company itself and they had a very good program in place, you design the system they implement it and train your employees they have 24x7 support and included a package for system updates and maintenance.
