PLAINTIFF'S INTERROGATORIES TO DEFENDANT

In accordance with Rules 57.02 of the Missouri Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff, comes to you by his attorneys Joshua A Winner, request that Defendant answer the following Interrogatories in writing and under oath:

DEFINITIONS

1. The terminology "defendant", "you", and "your" refer to the party or parties to whom these Interrogatories are directed and all other persons acting on behalf of such party, as well as, but not restricted to, attorneys and their associates, investigators, employees, representatives, agents, and others who are in ownership of or who may have obtained information for or on behalf of this answering party.

2. The word person means any normal person, association, partnership, joint venture, corporation, governmental entity, organization, or group of persons.

3. The word "identify" when applied to a normal person means to provide the following information:
a. Full name (any and all nicknames);
b. Age;
c. Current or last known address and telephone number;
d. His or her job title or titles;
e. Current or last known employer and position with employer.
