In order for me to have a better diet and follow the recommended guidelines, I will need to begin eating more or more often. Right now, I eat very small meals three times a day; I may need to increase that to five very small meals a day. I should also increase my protein by eating more fish, tofu or beans and increase my milk intake by drinking more of it. I can replace one of my small meals with a large fruit and milk smoothie each day. It may also help me power though the late afternoon or evening, when I have a sweet craving. I overall, have a healthy diet, just need to make a few adjustments and increase in certain areas.
