Vision Statement


Abstract

Upon graduation from Ashford University I will use the knowledge I have gained to provide quality leadership with a major health care system. By pursuing my masters through Ashford University I will have gained the necessary education needed to promote myself to where I envision I will be. By using the guidelines I have always followed in healthcare and using my education from Ashford I will be a Chief Executive Officer promoting Excellence throughout the healthcare field. Five years from now envision a statement in the weekly newsletter for patients, families and staff to read.
The Statement will be as follows:
I will distinguish myself as a leader in redefining health care delivery and will be recognized for his passion towards people and his partners in providing excellent, innovative care to the patients he serves with our Healthcare System.”
I want to instill a certain set of guidelines to what I believe healthcare professionals are striving for. My core belief is to meet the needs of every patient, through honesty and integrity. Meeting the needs of the patients has a direct reflection of the health system to the community. Treating patients with respect and dignity will be the primary concern.
I would like to preserve and develop relationships with physicians to better provide the health care needs of the community. Providing a community with a group of physicians who are well rounded experienced professionals will deliver immense feedback from the community. My education with Ashford will provide me with the knowledge to promote the healthcare system to attract highly qualified physicians and nursing staff.
Creating strong partnerships with those who share these values is a key component. Achieving the standard of excellence I strive for will rely on a group effort. I believe the benchmark of health care practices relies on camaraderie...
