Improvements slow after destruction
Cambodia still recovering after Khmer Rouges mass killings.

Cambodians have been slowly recovering how ever they are still struggling to get schools , infrastructure and many other things. Cambodia has very little tourists coming , and those who do come only stay for a little while they only see the temples and then leave the next day so there money isn't being spent and doesn't help the economy.

Cambodia has been through so much in the past 30 years there were over thrown and kicked out by the communist group Khmer Rouge lead by Pol Pot . There regime killed over 1.7 million people and destroyed many more family's. The people of Cambodia obviously wouldn't be able to recover easyly however you would expect that after 30 years they would have almost fully recovered. They have very little amount of education only 14% of the country are educated. There are also not enough people investing in Cambodia so they can't make profit they do not have enough money to get nice hotels and resorts to bring in more tourists so they can't improve. The population in Cambodia hasn't improved it has and still is decreasing. Cambodians are living on less than 24c a day children are forced to work on dumps to salvage all they can. How ever Cambodia has recovered politicly and social they now have freedom; freedom to family , freedom to friends , freedom to do what ever you like. They can elect for a government. I believe that Cambodia will recover in the next 10 years.
The Khmer Rouge destroyed many lives in 1974-1978 they destroyed technology and many other things that we all take for granted. Over all they have recovered politicly and social however not economical or structural but in the mere future I believe that they will recover.
