Woman: a revolutionary term nowadays; not only a housewife, not only a maid, a silent unnoticed voice neither. Woman: an active society member, with a voice, a determined opinion, and a clear vision. Some countries still look at women and see a weak harmless creature. Women are more fragile than men, yes; but they are not weaker. In fact, women’s power can be unstoppable. It might be the result of centuries of ignorance and indifference towards women’s capacities, as it might be an inborn nature. However, the woman revolution is starting to break the wall of racism and discrimination, proving that a woman can be equal to a man in all domains: politics, society affairs, business, medicine, legal affairs and others. Few years ago, in the occidental world before the oriental region, there was a raise in claiming the women’s rights. Women started to fight for their natural rights, indirectly cited in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948, “whereas recognition of the inherent dignity and of the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family is the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world”. In his book entitled Women’s rights, Larry Walter, the author, starts by telling the story of his cousin who wanted to go to a medical school, which we are citing to develop our study about the evolution of women’s rights and the achievements that this revolution could get to: “In the late 1950s, my highly qualified cousin Patricia applied to many different medical schools but was only admitted to one, a women’s medical college, because, said the others, they could not take the risk that she would get married, have children, and waste the education they gave her”. Nowadays, though this discrimination is persisting, but it has no future according to women’s revolution and what they are achieving.
