Fast food is ok to eat once in a while but if you eat too much of fast food it will cause you to have health problems like high blood pressure, heart disease, obesity and last but not lease diabetes. Obesity is a problem that many Americans face these days. Lack of exercise combined with a diet of fast food get them in a health problem that isn’t an easy one to get out of. Heart disease is also common among Americans it results because of fat content and cholesterol levels in fast food. The results of a lot of cholesterol is the clogging of arteries in the heart. With my findings I have found out that there are many things wrong with fast food that I was not aware of. An example of that is finding that pregnant women could have miscarriages or stillbirths if they eat too much fast food. Fast food is unhealthy, most of the time, even though it is cheap, sometimes tasty and convenient fast food is loaded with saturated fat and is also low in fiber and other nutrients. Even some popular chicken nuggets, which many consumers consider a healthy alternative, are flavored with beef extract and contain twice as much fat ounce for ounce as a hamburger.


When you eat fast food all the time there is a long-term health risk of this high-fat, high-calorie diet, meatpacking is becoming the most dangerous job in America due the way fast food chains have indirectly changed the way the cattle are fed, slaughtered, and processed increasing the risk of high level food poisoning. Meatpacking has become the most hazardous occupation in the US, with three times the injury rate of factory work. Each year, at least one-third of all meatpackers are injured on the job. To keep meat prices low, most slaughterhouses have moved out of big cities and into small towns. Instead of hiring skilled, unionized workers, meatpacking plants frequently recruit recent immigrants who are willing to work hard for low pay on assembly lines that turn living cattle into frozen...
