What is the value system in place in the company?
A value system is a coherent set of values adopted by an organization as a standard to guide its behaviour in preferences in all situations.
Coca colas mission, vision and values outline who they are, what they seek to achieve, and how they want to achieve it. They provide a clear direction for the Company and help ensure that they are all working toward the same goals.
