Main Sources Of Teenage Stress

There are many sources of stress and differ amongst different people and different people go about it in different ways. Stress among teen adolescence, between the ages 13 and 19, is an on going issue and by understanding the reasons for a teen’s stress, you can fix and get under control the whole situation. To do this, you can get counseling or other ways also can include talking about any problems a teen may have, taking time out to relax, exercising and eating healthy, being prepared and organized, and learning relaxation techniques. To start off with, there are many signs which can show a teenager is in stress and these signs can be physical, mental, or emotional signs. There can also be many different causes of stress and are different depending on what a person’s situation is. Furthermore, there are as well many situations and events that can lead up to teen stress like individuation and in the same stress can lead up to such situations like disorders and depression. This is just the beginning of what stress really is and what the cause of it is.
Pursuing this further, many signs of stress can be expressed in many different ways and they are broken down into three simple categories. These categories are physical signs, mental signs, and emotional signs. First of all, the physical signs of stress include having eating disorders such as over eating or even under eating, not getting enough of sleep from having nightmares and because of sleep insomnia, and having aches and nervousness. In general, people might be feeling down all the time and feeling guilty for doing or not doing something they should or should have not done so they may be having dreams about the specific situation in which it happened. They may also have such a great feeling of remorse for someone that it hurts so much to think about so they start to either eat so much so they eat away the pain or eat less because it hurts that much.
