College Acceptance Essay


There are many reasons why I choose to be my choice in continuing my education at a higher level. One reason would be that as I started my college search this year as a youth adult, I looked into many different reasons why I would like to go to a college. For instance distance could be a factor, I would like to be far enough were as though I could be on my own and make my own decision as a young adult but I wouldn’t want to be so far from home were I couldn’t go home for an emergency or any other problems occur and looking into I find that it is only about an hour and a half away from______. Another factor that contributed to my decision would be the level of academics and tradition of . I find it that is not a huge over-crowded college where I would just be another number with the rest of the students, but that _____is about a college with about 1,500-2,00 students were I could have one-on-one interactions with the teachers if I had a problem or needed help with my school work. Also I admire the fact that is the 1st HBCU which means it is a lot of inheritance in this school and alumni has a lot of input on a lot of things that deals with the school. As I visited I felt myself in a place where I felt comfortable at and that I fit in with the others and could have a lot of fun and success there as I think I would be pushed in the classroom to the best of my ability to do good in class and just learn more each and every day. Another reason that I look onto with college is Athletics. Sports are a big part of my life, and I take a lot of pride in my sports that I participate in and take it to heart.
