been creating sortof a mother tongue for myself, and I was wondering if anybody would like to learn it. Either way, I think I'll post a few small lessons on this site for the ease of those wanting to learn and fill their minds with knowledge yakkity yak.

Addkéte-nien Lesson 1:

I'll start with subject pronouns. In this particular language, there are thirty. (As opposed to seven in English, eight in French, twelve in Spanish, nine in German, etc...)

anyway, each subject pronoun consists of two sounds: a consonant and a vowel. The consonant determines which person (1st, 2nd, 3rd) and a few other details. (distinction between 2nd Formal and Informal, and between 3rd Animate and Inanimate.) The vowel, on the other hand, determines the gender (masculine, feminine, neuter) and number. (singular and plural)

These are the possible sounds:

Consonants:
N - 1st Person
T - 2nd Informal
D - 2nd Formal
DH - 3rd Animate
TH - 3rd Inanimate

Vowels:
O - Masculine Singular
U - Masculine Plural
É - Feminine Singular
I - Feminine Plural
A - Neuter Singular
AI - Neuter Plural

As you can see, 5x6=30... so there are thirty pronouns. Those are no, ni, na, né, nu, nai, to, ti, ta, té tu, tai, do, di, da, dé, du, dai, dho, dhi, dha, dhé, dhu, dhai, tho, thi, tha, thé, thu, and thai. Each pronoun has its own meaning, which can be determined by the letters.

It should be noted that in the case of a mixed plural, the neuter form is assumed. Also, the 3rd Animate Neuter forms (dha and dhai) are somewhat akin to the words "one" and "ones" as pronouns.
