In 2012, China Express has been approved by State Council for IPO in China A Share market, the IPO amount is RMB 9.97 billion. This IPO is the largest fund on 2012; on the other hand, it also is the first fund raised from domestic express logistics market in China. In General, it is positive for a company is going to raise fund in stock market, as IPO is the effective and efficient way to collect money from the market, move the company to fill the internal funding gap, then the company can able to make use of the collected money to improve the company itself, enhance the service level to the client and further increase the market share. IPO can also help the company to be more Market-oriented, such as quick response to the market, pursuing of profit maximization and having ability to perform mergers and acquisitions.
