Many people have said that the next president of the United States of America will have a lot of problems to deal with. He will have to deal with problems with immigration to that of the education of our youth, our future. The man that this great nation has chosen to become our next president has been Barack Obama. President-Elect Barack Obama knows that one of the major problems that he will have to deal with during his four years in the white house will be that of the Economy. As it stands right now our nation is currently in a economic crisis that it has not seen since the great depression. It is up to the president-elect Barack Obama to lead our nation out of this crisis. Barack Obama has a couple of strategies that he believes will lead our nation out of these hard times. Barack Obama Believes that one way to get our nation out of this is his rescue plan for the middle class, his tax plans, and his new jobs. Barack Obamas economic plan consists of creating jobs, having mortgage cuts, and tax cuts for the middle class all this in the long run will benefit America.
President-elect Barack Obama knows that the people that are struggling the most are those in middle and lower class, so he has come up with a plan in which the middle class will benefit from it. As it stands right now forecasters are projecting that the unemployment rate will exceed 8 percent by the end of 2009(Remarks, 7). To president-elect Barack Obama this is unacceptable thus he has come up with an agenda that includes many possible jobs. Obama will implement a 10 percent universal mortgage cuts (Tax, 3). Obama will also propose tax cuts for those in the middle class. President-elect Barack Obamas economic policy will also consist of a mortgage credit to help struggling families.
