What are the aims of academic study and how can they be achieved?
Academic study is commonly considered as the most important part of education. Every person identifies their own purposes in this world and then tries to find ways of achieving them. This essay will first explain some aims of academic study and then possible ways to achieve them. There are lots of important aims of academic study. Firstly, it is getting academic knowledge. Then raising the degree of knowledge of the whole society. But on the other hand, a lot of people argue that the most important aim of academic study is improving career prospects.
Improving career prospects from other people’s point of view is probably the most important aim of academic study. Academic study cab help students gain skills which make them well-equipped for work. Today there is a big demand for qualified workers in every field. That is why every student should study hard in order to succeed in their future jobs. And also should develop their cognitive traits, be persistent, or continue doing things that they want in spite of problems, opposition be prowess.
Colleges and universities are considered as factories which are producing well educated employees, who are important in this rapid developing industrial world. That is why it is very important for every educator to be concerned about motivation of students. Because teachers provide students with essential information, they influence on their education development. Therefore teacher’s lecture does not have to be boring; in contrast it should be interactive and interesting for listeners. Educators are preparing young people adequately for the challenges and demands of the coming century.
Thirdly, academic study server us to get more specialized information, grasp the knowledge and expands our horizons. Nowadays the main sources of information are: internet, newspapers, magazines and etc. And also watching television, listening to...
