The role of the government is to write law and enforcing them. Another role of the government in my mind is to look out for the best interests of the entire country. The protection of the personal rights, state rights, and the entire country is another role of the government in my mind. Another role of the government is the address the needs of the country like social services, the unemployment rates and the education problems in our country. Those are some of the roles of the government.

My political stance is that I don’t know enough about either political party to choose a side. With that said I do agree and disagree with certain issues on both sides. I agree with the republicans with the war in Afghanistan I thing there was a reason to be there. I also agree with the republicans with the border control issue we need to close our borders better. And I also agree with the republicans on deporting illegal immigrants back to their home country. I agree with the democrats on we should have never gone into Iraq with out more support from other countries. I agree with the democrats on more school funding. I also agree with the democrats on more support for special interest groups.

There are some four issues I would like to address more in-depth for one the war on drugs I thing there should be more border inspections, stiffer punishment when some one who gets caught selling drugs or making drugs. Also the government should make it a lot harder to get prescription drugs. And the government should put more money into helping people stay clean


Another issue is the unemployment rate I think the government should try to make more jobs. And give company’s incentive to not out source jobs to other countries. If they fix the
